After launching her career with The First Tee of Memphis and then of The North Bay in Healdsburg, Amanda became the Teaching Pro at Healdsburg Golf Club where today she offers private and group lessons, playing lessons, clinics, and organized golf trips. Cappy Sorentino Is a cocktail magician and partner at Dukes Spirited Cocktails in Healdsburg, Calif. On this episode of Bar Stories, Cappy tries to kill us with his homemade zombie recipe, a quart container of batched mojitos, cucumber crush Sour beer, a bottle of Pineapple Plantation rum, and of course, a little Fernet Branca. WALTER MOORE, Chef, Sommelier and Distribution Specialist is one of the co-founders of Campo de Encanto Pisco from Peru. Graduating from Duke University in 1993 with degrees in Economics and Psychology Walter has spent the last 25+ years in the wine, food and spirit business. Walter is a trained chef, a spirit specialist and a sommelier with three degrees from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (Diploma), Certified Specialist of Wine and Court of Master Sommeliers, who transitioned from restaurant beverage management to wine and spirit distribution and sales. Walter, who currently lives in Healdsburg, California is a wine and spirits consultant studying towards his degree in Viticulture and Winemaking.

Adam Spiegel was born and raised in San Francisco. From a young age he experienced the bounty that Sonoma County offers through regular visits to the area with his parents to it's beaches, attending concerts and tagging along on wine tastings.

In 2008 he found his passion for creating spirits while assisting a distiller friend in Santa Rosa and soon realized that there could be more to whiskey. Sonoma Distilling Company was founded in 2010 as one of the first 200 distilleries in the United States.

Jason and Chandra are Healdsburg, Calif. locals. Chandra was born and raised in Healdsburg and Jason has lived in Healdsburg for 15 years. They both primarily work in the medical field, but share a great passion for crafting fine spirits. Together with Jason’s cousin DJ and business partner Matt, they started and run New Alchemy Distilling. They distill all their spirits in-house, hand label and bottle, and distribute their products to bars and restaurants in the Bay Area.

Rob Lippincott, owner of The Parish Cafe in Healdsburg and Santa Rosa, is a New Orleans native— one could say that’s where his appreciation for a great cocktail comes from. He was a fishing boat captain in Louisiana before meeting his wife in Southern California, eventually settling down in Healdsburg. His love for home inspired him to bring a little New Orleans to wine country.
