Episode 4-Full Circle

Nic Jones is the executive chef at Goose & Gander in St. Helena CA. He Attended Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary arts in Los Angeles in 2001. While pursuing his love for charcuterie through a one year internship with David Katz of Sub Rosa Salumeria he was able to get his Certified Sommelier credentials through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Nic has spent time traveling to work with other charcuterie chefs and butchers all over the county.
