Shawn Hyer has worked behind the stick as a bartender in San Francisco for over 15 years. Since then he has been the GM at many high profile restaurants in CA, NV, VT, and Park City UT. This old school punk rocker, world traveler and doggie dad lives in the heart of the Napa Valley with his chef wife Colleen and his dog Arthur.
